Banana Blueberry Pudding Pie

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Line a 9 inch pie plate with vanilla wafers, reserving any excess for garnish.
  2. Layer bananas and blueberries on top of the vanilla wafers.
  3. In a large bowl beat softened cream cheese with an electric mixer on medium speed until fluffy.
  4. Add sweetened condensed milk and beat until smooth.
  5. Beat in water and instant banana pudding mix.
  6. Chill for 10 minutes.
  7. In another bowl beat cream with an electric mixer on medium speed until soft peaks form.
  8. Fold into the chilled pudding mixture.
  9. Pour mixture into the prepared pie crust.
  10. Garnish with excess vanilla wafers.
  11. Chill.
