Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Grease a 10x15 inch jellyroll pan
  3. In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugar until smooth
  4. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, then stir in the sour cream and vanilla
  5. Combine the flour, baking soda and salt; stir into batter
  6. Finally, mix in the mashed banana
  7. Spread evenly into prepared pan
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  9. Allow bars to cool completely before frosting with cream cheese frosting, or a dusting of powdered sugar
