Ingredients:

  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 1/2 cup or 3-4 large bananas, mashed
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt , optional
  • frosting
  • 8- oz. package. cream cheese
  • 4 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Directions:

  1. Cream together butter, sugar and eggs.
  2. Mix together bananas and raisins, sour cream and vanilla.
  3. Mix dry ingredients and add banana mixture; then add to creamed mixture.
  4. Pour into greased (not floured) jelly roll pan.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
  6. Frosting:
  7. Beat cream cheese, butter and vanilla until creamy.
  8. Add powdered sugar.
  9. Beat until light and fluffy.
  10. Spread over cooled bars.
