Balsamic Pan Roasted Broccoli

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Directions:

  1. Heat oil in a nonstick skillet coated with non stick cooking spray over medium heat.
  2. Add broccoli.
  3. Cook, turning occasionally, for 8 minutes or unitl light browned and crisp tender.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. Add vinegar, salt and pepper.
  6. Toss to coat.
