Directions:

  1. Combine the water and rice in a microwave safe casserole dish and cook in microwave for 6 to 8 minutes at 50% power to begin to soften the rice, otherwise it will not cook all the way.
  2. Mix together the remaining ingredients except the cheese in the casserole dish.
  3. Top with cheese.
  4. Cover and bake at 375° F for 1 hour.
