Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425*.
  2. Cut tomatoes in 1/2 crosswise and put on foil lined baking sheet. cut side up.
  3. Mix together crumbs, parsley and garlic and spoon over tomatoes.
  4. Drizzle generously with oil.
  5. Bake 8 - 10 minutes til slightly browned.
