Ingredients:

  • 15 oz tempeh
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Cut the tempeh into slices about 1/4 inch thick.
  2. Brush with oil oil and sprinkle with salt.
  3. Bake at 400°F until somewhat crispy and lightly browned.
