Baked Sweet Potato Supreme

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 8 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 1/3 cup butter

Directions:

  1. Beat mashed, cooked sweet potatoes, sugar, butter, vanilla, and eggs together.
  2. Place in greased casserole dish.
  3. Cover with topping mixture.
  4. Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour.
