Baked Stuffed Apples With Apple Pie Spice

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix raisins and sugar together in a small bowl.
  2. Stand apples on bottom of slow cooker. Spoon raisin-sugar mixture into centers of cored apples, dividing mixture evenly.
  3. Sprinkle apples with apple pie spice, and dot with butter.
  4. Add water along the edge of the cooker.
  5. Cover, and cook on low 3-5 hours or on high for 2 1/2 - 3 1/2 hours or until apples are tender but not collapsing.
  6. Serve warm as is, or with ice cream or frozen yogurt.
