Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Melt the butter on low.
  2. When butter is melted, squeeze in all 3 cloves of garlic.
  3. Saute gently, add chopped shallot.
  4. Saute until shallot is transparent, season with salt and pepper.
  5. Add sherry and continue to cook about 3 minutes more.
  6. Arrange shrimp in an oven proof dish.
  7. Pour mixture over shrimp.
  8. Melt the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter.
  9. When melted, stir in the Panko breadcrumbs.
  10. Stir until all crumbs are coated with butter.
  11. Sprinkle evenly over shrimp.
  12. Bake in a 425 degree oven 10 minutes.
  13. Serve immediately.
  14. Goes well with rice.
