Baked Sausage and Eggs

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Brown sausage and drain; set aside.
  2. Butter casserole dish.
  3. Sprinkle half grated cheese on top of butter.
  4. Crack eggs on top of cheese; break yolks.
  5. Add salt and pepper.
  6. Pour unwhipped cream over eggs.
  7. Top with cooked sausage.
  8. Top with rest of cheese.
  9. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  10. Can be made ahead of time.
