Ingredients:

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 2 medium onions, sliced
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar , packed
  • 1/2 cup catsup

Directions:

  1. Arrange chops in a shallow baking dish and add water.
  2. Season and top with onions.
  3. Sprinkle the sugar on top and spoon catsup over all.
  4. Baked uncovered for 1 hour at 375 degrees or until done.
