Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced onion
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp thyme

Directions:

  1. Lightly salt and pepper both sides of the pork chops and place them into the crock pot.
  2. Top with sliced onion, then brown sugar and thyme.
  3. Pour the undrained stewed tomatoes over top.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
