Ingredients:

  • 4 cups sliced okra
  • 4 tbsp corn meal
  • 1 salt

Directions:

  1. Evenly coat okra with corn meal and salt. Spray jelly roll pan with PAM. Turn out okra into pan. Top with PAM. Bake 400 for 15 minutes or until slightly browned and dry. YUM
