Baked Macaroni and Cheese

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Boil Macaroni(AlDente, just cooked slightly firm).
  2. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  3. Grate Cheeses and mix together.
  4. Lightly grease pan with stick of butter.
  5. Layer first Macaroni then Cheese.
  6. Dust with flour;sprinkle Salt and Pepper to taste.
  7. Repeat layering process until ingredients are finished topping off with a Layer of Cheese.
  8. Dot top of Mac and Cheese with butter.
  9. Pour milk into pan until it is just visable under the top layer of Mac & Cheese.
  10. Bake in oven 40 min to 1 hour until browned.
