Ingredients:

  • 1/2 package onion soup mix
  • 1/2 can mushrooms
  • 1 cup rice
  • 1/4 cup soya sauce
  • 1/8 cup oil
  • 1 3/4 cup water

Directions:

  1. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 1 hr 15 minutes
  2. The original recipe is doubled and should bake for 1 hr 45 minutes
