Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F degrees.
  2. Place sliced potatoes on bottom of baking dish.
  3. Combine garlic,lemon,wine,oil,and pour over fish.
  4. Arrange green peppers and onions over the fish.
  5. Bake uncovered at 350 F until fish is flaky.
