Ingredients:
1 cup flour
1/3 cup sugar
3/4 teaspoon baking powder
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 egg
1 (8 ounce) container nonfat yogurt
1 tablespoon canola oil
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
1. mix all together in a bowl, pop in the oven at 400 degrees for 10 mins.
