Ingredients:

  • 2 large eggs
  • 3/4 pint 2% low-fat milk (warm )
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg (grated , or to taste)

Directions:

  1. Beat eggs and sugar together.
  2. Stir in the warm milk and pour into a pie dish.
  3. Grate a little nutmeg on top of custard.
  4. Bake for 1 hour on low heat (250 degrees F.).
