Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Add olive oil to garbanzos and mix until each is coated.
  3. Spread on baking pad, 1 bean layer.
  4. Bake 35-40 minutes, stirring and flipping about every 10 minutes.
  5. Remove and toss with salt.
