Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Bring water to a boil. Add grits and stir til gravy consistency. Turn burner off add stick of butter and stir til melted. Whisk eggs and milk together and pour into grits stirring continually. Pour into lightly greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake 350* for 45 minutes. Remove from oven and add cheese to top. Bake for 15 more minutes.
