Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Heat chicken broth, salt, pepper, garlic powder to boiling then add grits. Cook about 8-10 minutes stirring to keep grits from lumping. Slowly add cubed cheese. Then add eggs and butter to pot. Pour in greased casserole dish and top with white cheddar cheese. Bake for about 30-40 minutes. Delicious!
