Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup parsley
  • 1/4 tsp. oregano
  • 1/8 tsp. basil
  • 1/4 tsp. paprika
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 4 catfish fillets

Directions:

  1. Combine dry ingredients and mix well. Pat fish dry. Lightly coat with lemon juice and roll in dry ingredients. Arrange fish in shallow pan sprayed with non stick spray. Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 40 minutes. Broil for a few minutes until crisp.
