Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups brown rice
  • 2 1/2 cups water
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Brint to a boil in a saucepan-once boiling, transfer to an oven proof container. cover with foil bake one hour.
