Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Wrap the thawed puff pastry sheet around the wheel of brie, making sure it is completely sealed by smoothing the seams with your fingers. Save some of the extra pieces for decorative cutouts on the top, maybe a nice leave motif. Brush the pastry-covered brie with the beaten egg and bake at 400 degrees for 18 minutes or until nicely browned.
  2. Meanwhile, melt the butter in a saucepan and add the minced garlic and honey. Let it simmer gently for a minute or two then pour it onto a shallow dish. Sprinkle the sauce with chopped walnuts and freshly chopped parsley then place the browned, baked brie on top of the sauce. Serve the brie spread over thinly sliced baguettes, granny smith apples or wheat thins.
