Ingredients:

  • butter , as needed
  • ritz cracker crumbs, as needed

Directions:

  1. Dip scrod in butter and then Ritz crumbs.
  2. Spray pan with cooking spray and bake in 475 degree oven for approximately 12 minutes till done.
