Ingredients:

  • 2-15 oz.cans van camp's pork n beans ((the only brand i will use)
  • 1/4 cup. maple syrup (or to taste)
  • 1 tbsp. mustard
  • 1 small onion,chopped
  • 1/4 cup. brown sugar

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325°
  2. Spray 1 1/2 quart casserole dish with cooking spray.
  3. Put all ingredients in mixing bowl and mix well then taste.
  4. You may want to put in a little more brown sugar or syrup.
  5. Pour into casserole dish and bake for 1 hour.
