Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 450.
  2. Wrap shrimp with 1/2 slice bacon,securing with toothpick
  3. Line a jelly roll pan with heavy duty foil and place baking rack in pan. Place shrimp on the rack and sprinkle heavily wit bbq seasoning ,turn and sprinke second side or dip shrimp in bbq sauce.
  4. Cook shrimp for 10 to 15 mins. The rack keeps the shrimp from sitting in the draining bacon fat.
  5. I have stuffed the shrimp where deveined with julienned jalapeno or cream cheese or blue cheese.
