Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Line two large baking sheets with foil and preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Cut potatoes into 1/4 inch slices. Place potato slices in a large resealable bag with the pepper and the garlic salt and 1 Tbsp of vegie oil. And shake to coat.
  3. Arrange potatoes in a single layer on the baking sheets.
  4. Bake until lightly brown about 30 min. Brush with bbq sauce. mix bacon,colby,onions and parsley in bowl. Sprinkle over potatoes. Bake about 5 min. longer.
