Bacon Ranch Pasta Salad

  1. Bring a large pot of water to a rolling boil.
  2. Add pasta and cook until done, usually 8-10 minutes. Just until pasta is al dente, not mushy.
  3. Drain pasta and set aside.
  4. Stir together mayonnaise and ranch mix until combined and add to pasta.
  5. Add eggs, celery, green onions and bacon pieces to pasta and mayonnaise mixture then stir to combine.
  6. We serve while still warm or room temperature but you can chill and then serve if you prefer.
  7. Note: We buy a large container of powdered ranch dressing mix instead of the individual packages. 3 tablespoons powder dressing mix = 1 oz individually packaged powdered dressing mix.
