Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.
  2. In a small bowl beat eggs, milk and butter then add to flour mixture then gently stir in bacon.
  3. Allow to stand 5 minutes then pour by spoonfuls onto hot lightly greased griddle.
  4. Cook until bubbles break on top then turn and cook until underside is golden
