Bacon, Garlic & Parsley Peas

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Saute bacon until brown& crisp.
  2. Remove from pan to paper towels to drain.
  3. Discard all but 2 T drippings from pan.
  4. Add garlic and saute about 30 seconds.
  5. Add peas& butter to pan.
  6. Saute until heated through, about 5 minutes.
  7. Mix in bacon and season with salt& pepper.
  8. Transfer to serving dish and sprinkle with parsley.
