Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Roll the thawed puff pastry sheet on a floured surface to 1/8 inch thick
  3. Mix the sugars and cinnamon in a small bowl
  4. Spread the softened butter onto the rolled out pastry
  5. Sprinkle with the sugar mixture
  6. Cover with the chopped, crisp bacon
  7. Roll the dough up and into a log and slice into 6 equal portions
  8. Spray a 6 cup muffin pan with cooking spray and place a roll into each cup
  9. Sprinkle with a bit more of the sugar mixture
  10. Bake 20 -25 minutes in 400 degree oven
