Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook bacon in large saucepan over medium heat until crisp.
  2. Add onion and celery, cook and stir for 3 minutes. Add flour, cook and stir until smooth.
  3. Stir in broth and bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
  4. Add hash browns, reduce heat to medium low, simmer 6 to 8 minutes or until potatoes are tender, stirring occasionally.
  5. Stir in milk and cook 3 to 4 minutes or until heated through. Do NOT boil.
  6. Top with a dollop of sour cream, some cheese and green onions.
