Bacon, Potato and Bean Chowder

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oil in large pot.
  2. Cook bacon, onion and garlic for 3 minutes.
  3. Add potatoes, cook further 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in can of three bean mix and stock.
  5. Bring to the boil, reduce heat and simmer till potatoes are tender.
  6. Season and stir in cream.
