Bacon And Banana Pancakes

Ingredients:

  • 4 slices- bacon
  • 1 tsp- butter
  • 1 & 1/2- bananas
  • 1/2 cup- brown sugar
  • pancake mix ( your choice of out of the box or homade)

Directions:

  1. Cut bacon into 1/4 inch strips
  2. Add to pan with butter
  3. Render out fat slowly
  4. Extract bacon and keep fat in pan
  5. Heat to medium high
  6. Add bananas and brown sugar
  7. This should make a nice syrup. : )
  8. Add all ingredients, bacon, bananas, and syrup to batter
  9. And make par usual.
  10. I can usually get 8 pancakes out of this amount, and just to forwarn you don't need any addtional syrup.
