Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Melt margarine.
  3. Add brown sugar, syrup, peanut butter, oatmeal and vanilla.
  4. Put in 9 x 13 cake pan.
  5. Bake for about 15 minutes.
  6. Melt together the ingredients for the topping and spread on top.
  7. Cut into bars when cool.
