Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Fry Bacon. Use drippings, slowly cook squash and onion covered with lid until done (30-40 minutes). Mash.
  2. Add bouillon to ONE TBS of water. Beat egg. Add boullion and egg to mashed squash and onion mixture. Place in casserole dish. Crush Ritz crackers in ziploc bag. Brown crackers in melted butter. Top squash mix with crackers.
  3. Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
