B Grill Chili Cheese Stuffed Baked Potato

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Lightly rub potatoes with Crisco
  2. Place in a 375 degree oven for about an hour, depending on the size of the potato
  3. When potato is done, remove from oven
  4. Cut in half while hot
  5. Place in an oven proof dish (may use baking sheet for a number of potatoes)
  6. Top with your favorite chili, then top with cheese
  7. Return to oven until chili is bubbly and cheese is melted
  8. Remove from oven
  9. Place on serving plate
  10. Serve with sour cream and chopped green onions
  11. A DELICIOUS SIMPLE MEAL
