Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Beat butter and sugar till combined
  3. Add extracts
  4. In another bowl sift flour and salt
  5. Add flour mixture to sugar mixture
  6. Add almonds
  7. Mix just till it comes together
  8. Shape into a disk and cill 30 min
  9. Roll 1/2in. thick and cut in desired shapes
  10. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet for 20-25 min.
