  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 medium avocado
  • 1 tsp lime juice

Directions:

  1. Cut pita in half and toat (if desired)
  2. Cut up 1/2 avocado
  3. Spread inside of pita with sour cream
  4. Fill with avocado and baby spinach
