very yummy raw fruit/veggie sandwich
Ingredients:
56 g. whole wheat pita
2 tablespoon sour cream
1 medium avocado
1 cup baby spinach
1 tsp lime juice
Directions:
1. cut pita in half and toat (if desired)
2. cut up 1/2 avocado
3. spread inside of pita with sour cream
4. fill with avocado and baby spinach
