Ingredients:

  • 3 cups milk (use less if using as a dip, to taste)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1/8 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp dried chives

Directions:

  1. Whir all ingredients in blender until smooth.
  2. Makes about 1 quart.
  3. Makes a lovely refreshing drink, or serve as a dip for fresh veggies.
