Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Warm your Skillet with oil on Med/High Heat
  2. Add Dry rice and fry your rice till it is toasty brown (do not burn it)
  3. Add Water
  4. Add Tomato Sauce
  5. Add Salt
  6. Add Pepper
  7. Cover for 15-20 mintues
  8. All water should be gone from bottom of pan, some Tomato sauce will remain on top
  9. Mix Rice and allow to steam with top on for 5 more minutes
  10. Serve Hot... Add garnish if desired on individual plates
