Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350'
  2. Arrange mininphyllo cups in single layer on baking sheet.
  3. Stir together whipped cream cheese,refried beans,salsa,green chilies,chili powder and 1/3 c shredded cheese.
  4. Spoon into prepared shells. Top with remaining cheese. Bake 5 to 10 mins till cheese is melted.
