Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a food processor or salsa maker or even a blender, add the Tomato, Cilantro, Garlic, Jalapeno and Onion until it is the right consistancy.
  2. Next add the can of diced chilis.
  3. In a separate bowl mash up the avocado and add sour cream until it is smooth.
  4. Combine with the vegetables and mix in lemon juice.
  5. Add salt to taste.
