Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Measure out raisins and cover with boiling water
  3. Combine flour and baking powder
  4. Cut in shortning
  5. Combine eggs and milk
  6. Add wet to dry and mix, you may need to add a bit more milk
  7. Batter will be thick
  8. Drain raisins, fold into batter
  9. Fold in walnuts
  10. Spread batter into bundt pan
  11. Sprinkle top with cinnomon, sugar and nutmeg
  12. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until lightly browned
  13. Remove from pan and slice
  14. It is also good toasted with butter
