Aunt Linda's Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup margarine
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 cups flour

Directions:

  1. Mis together egg, sugar, vanilla, margarine and brown sugar.
  2. Sift together flour, baking soda and cream of tartar.
  3. Add to dry mixture to wet mixture gradually.
  4. Add chocolate chips.
  5. Drop by spoonfuls onto cookie sheet.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
