Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix first 5 ingredients well.
  2. Ipoked the meat all over with a sharp knife to aid in the absorption:).
  3. Pour over ribs in a plastic bag, or mixing bowl.
  4. Marinate over night, turning or stirring every once in a while.
  5. Bake at 375 for 1 hour, or til done, basting occasionally.
  6. I like to boil the remaining sauce up (if there is enuf) to serve along side.
