Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Make a paste/batter of besan and water (thick but still runny)
  2. Add in red chilli flakes, zeera., crushed coriander, salt. pepper
  3. Now dip spinich block or crunches of fresh spinich
  4. Deep fry it, longer for the brozen blocks.
  5. When they are done they should look crispy and like the picture
  6. Drain on kitchen paper
  7. Can be baked for a healthier version (about 20 minutes)
  8. Also the blocks will be healthier as there is more veg/batter
